Refund/Return Policies
We warrant that the ingredients of the products sold are correctly stated. We have no control over an individual's expectations from using a product.
When returning a multiple bottle order, no more than one bottle may be opened. If only one bottle has been purchased it may be opened to qualify for a refund. A letter must be mailed to 6706 SE Ariel ST., Hillsboro, OR 97123 and postmarked within 30 days of receiving the original order explaining the return. No refund will be processed until the product has been returned. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipment of the goods is at the customer's expense and risk. It is your responsibility to know what products are legal in your country. If Customs seizes your package, you will not receive a refund!
